is the notion that caffeine can stunt your growth just an old wives' tale, or does it really have any bearing?
I've always been a little under height, so I've generally stayed away from caffeine "just to be on the safe side", but now I often need caffeine to get my homework done efficiently since I have so much homework that keeps me up late and makes me tired.
is there any reason at all to be worried about its effects on growth, even "just to be safe"?
