Does buy.com no longer do free shipping on clearance items?

I'm trying to buy a monitor off of Buy.com's clearance section and it's trying to tack on a shipping charge. Never had to pay shipping before. Did they axe the free shipping on the clearance items?

Yeah, they axed it around the same time they killed free shipping on the deal of the day. Was nice while it lasted anyway.
