Does Boost Unlimited or Metro PCS work if I'm calling to Puerto Rico?

The websites are highly uninformative and dont clarify so Im asking, If I live in Florida and I'm calling a number in PR, am I going to be charged extra or will it fall within the unlimited plan.

Plug in a PR number and it looks like metropcs charges 3 cents/min.

Dont see anything about boost, but I dont think they count territories as part of nationwide LD.
