I just ordered a Bluetooth 1.2 dongle/adapter, would that be able to connect to my Bluetooth enabled RAZR?

i dont know how your phone would talk to your PC or your PC to your phone if it did pick it up.

What exactly are you trying to do? I assume you have a reason for wanting to connect your pc to your phone, yes? What is it? The main requirement for getting bluetooth to work is that the devices support the same profile. The profile you use depends on what you are trying to do. If it's file transfer you are set. If you are trying to play music from your pc on your pda, not so much.

I just use a USB cable to connect to my phone, but I'm sure you can use it to transfer your files back and forth. I don't know if it will give you access to other directories besides the music and photo ones, but I've connected my RAZR to a Mac Mini via the built in bluetooth, and it worked just fine.
