Does bluetooth have the bandwidth for a high refreshrate mouse?

i was just wondering. since it seems most are still based on rf, like the logitech mx700.

Well, I guess so since Microsoft sells a bluetooth mouse and keyboard kit!

Yes mice dont use up much bandwidth and Bluetooth has quite alot of banswidth.

pffff, yes. The bandwidth produced even by the best mice is not an issue for any modern interface - but it very well is on the ancient 1977 8-bit general purpose I/O controller that STILL forms the standard keyboard/mouse controller in 2003's "modern" PCs.

Consider that USB mice operate in 'low-speed USB' mode. The maximum bandwidth available in this connection mode is 800 bytes / sec.

Now, I don't know whether bluetooth could keep up with that, but I could take a good guess.
