Does best buy's holiday return policy apply to open box items?

picked up some nice speakers to audition...does anyone know if the holiday return policy till end of january applies on these?

I don't think so. AFAIK open-box items don't fall under the normal return policy anyways.
Then again I should probably know this as I work there...

yes it does. End of january for everything except laptops and GPS as far as I know....
