Nope. I know a number of 16 and 17 year old guys that were hired by them. You just need a work permit. They were only cashiers/peons though.

16 is the minimum age. You have to be quite impressive in your interview to make it in however. The rules for minors in the workplace make it annoying to have to schedule around them.

It's been my experience that the only requirement is to have little or no knowledge of anything electronic.
