Ever since I was young, my Dad told me that drinking beer would put hair on your chest. He had a hairy chest, and drank a decent amount of beer so I thought it was true at the time.
Fast forward 15 years.
Now at the age of 23 I've reevaluated this theory. When I went to college, I hadn't drank an entire beer in my life. All that I had on my chest was a little bit of peach fuzz. Once in college, I drank enough beer to inebriate a small Peruvian village. After 4 years of this lifestyle, I have an ever increasingly field of fur on my chest.
So, does beer really put hair on your chest? Can anyone confirm?
Also, what else puts hair on your chest. I've heard that spicy foods, liver and onions, as well as whiskey all have similar effects.
