Does *bay Charge a monthly fee for sellers???

I just created a sellers account and read the terms and agreement, and it says....

I understand that I am responsible for all seller fees in conjunction with my eBay account by me or other authorized users, and I authorize monthly deductions from my account for such fees. I understand that debit amounts may vary from month to month.

The only thing thye take out is a fee for the selling of the item, and they tell u what it is before hand right???

Ok thanks, I was just worried they were gonna charge me like 5 bucks a month or something even if i didnt sell anything....
