i'm looking at the new tour of Tragedy http://www.letsmaketragedyhappen.com/shows.html
and they have a show in Dublin on May 11.
Now, i love these guys, and if you knew who they are, you'd love them too.
Imagine taking all those lame, boring songs from the 70s. More Than A Woman, Woman In Love, Total Eclipse Of The Heart, all that Whitney Huston / Bee Gees / ABBA stuff that made you cringe when you were a teenager.
and then you TURN IT UP TO 100
example:
So what you got there is a combination of glitter, comedy, corpse paint, wild stage antics, and .. well, good songs, all wrapped in 2 hours of double-drum pounding.
I can't miss these guys.
So, i can either go watch them in London, in a soul-less venue where each pint is £7.50, or i can go find for myself what all this nonsense about Guinness being much better in Ireland is all about.
DO we have any ATOTers in Dublin? Anyone who is willing to chaperone a fat, aging metalhead?
