My coworker feels she needs to lose weight which she doesnt have in the first place. shes 5'3, 110 and wants to know if it would actually do anything

FWIW- Atkins isn't nearly as effective for non-obese people from what I've read. It'll knock weight off quickly if you have a lot to lose, but not so much if you're only carrying an extra 20 or so.
