Does ATI Radeon VE feature HW T&L?

It's something ATI wouldn't want to advertise .

(The VE chip) doesn't support the Charisma T&L and a couple of other critical features. I was thinking about getting this card for my Productivity/Work System but instead opted to upgrade (?) from a G400 to the G450.

Nope. Also it only has a 64 bit memory bus and 1 rendering pipe.
