does AT&T have a family plan?

I am checking http://www.intelenetwireless.com for a good family plan moments ago, and I found this plan is pretty good for me:

you make $200 for two Nokia GSM GPRS 3595 Java? with mLife National 39.99 for 350+100 Anytime, unlimited wknd and night, however when I looked at the plan details, it is not clear that whether or not I get two phone lines to share the minutes, or am I just getting two phones but only one line? that would be ridiculous though.

any idea?
