Does Arctic Silver void Amd retail warranty??

I'm looking at getting a retail cpu (1.33 ghz) and I'm wondering if using Arctic Silver voids the warranty (just in case something does go wrong)....

I've checked AMD's website, but I don't see anything there...

i think removing the hsf (which you have to do to add the arctic silver) voids the warrenty
if youre planning to add arctic silver, that means youre probably going to overclock, in which case you void the warrenty anyways.
(if you arent overclocking, theres no need to put on arctic silver)
