Plugging my Swans M200 MKII speakers directly via headphone jack sounds way better.
To make it work wirelessly I've got apple tv connected via optical to a FiiO D3 that converts optical to stereo, RCA? red/white cable and that to speakers.
With Airplay the amount of bass increases and I get distortion, I also loose detail. No equalizer in iTunes.
It's really quite noticeable.
What gives?
