There is a post on one forum that
a new MBP 2011 with SSD option comes with TRIM support.

I think only on AnandTech can give us a clear cut details about this issue. 😉
Would u please make a full review for Apple SSD 256MB that come with MBP 2011?

Thanks

curiously, does anyone have more info on the ssd's that apple is using? brand, model, or even controller? do these new macbooks have sata 2 or sata 3? of course, that would only make a notable difference if the ssd's are new gen (which i doubt) or possibly c300 (also seems unlikely, but that's just an assumption). if these are respectably fast ssd's i wouldn't have *too* much of a problem dropping an additional $250 for a 128GB ssd preinstalled (assuming that the drives aren't user replaceable), considering that the base price of the MBP is $1200. a far better upgrade than the $200 they want to go from 4gb to 8gb ram, lol, silly apple. tricks are for kids!

runcore sells replacement drives that use sandforce so you can send all 0's to the drive and get a higher e-peen benchmark.
