Does Apple charge for replacement OSX install discs?

I have recently bought a couple Mac Mini's used, but none of them came with the OSX discs.

Before I call them, I would like to know if Apple charges for replacement discs?

I believe they do, but I think the price is like $10-15 for system specific restore disks.

Honestly, if they are intel Minis then just get a Snow Leopard Family Pack for $50. Make sure they have the minimum 1 GB RAM (though try to make it 2GB) and you should be golden.

The Snow Leopard 'Upgrade' Disk works for a clean install.
