Looking at it more... For the picture to work with that scenario, he'd have to be folded over with his feet at the same end as his hands. Not only is it uncomfortable; it's damned strange. It takes a lot to make me uncomfortable, but I don't think I could stay in the same room :^D

If I saw the image passing by I probably wouldn't think much of it, but when it's posted on an internet forum with comments such as rofl! you tend to look for things.
