I have a question... If anyone works for Dell is there anyway you can help me out..

I bought a laptop and the hard drive started making noises 1 day after my warrentee.. on the 3rd day I developed bad sectors.. I called on the 3rd day and they said tough luck. Is there any way you can help me out?

Usually warranties are for 1 year, if not 3 years.. if you didn't get the 3 year plan, tough luck I guess...

<< Dude, you're working for Dell!! >>

LOL for some odd reason I found that funny

I'd call Dell back and talk to someone else. Most manufacturers will give you a little grace period after your warranty expires - they want you as a repeat customer.

Judging by the time it takes them to answer their phones I would say not....
