Does anyone work for Dell here?

In which department? I'm sure the majority work the phones in either sales, customer service or support.

Well i'm just wondering about the general atmosphere and the feeling about the company itself from it's employees. Personally, i'm in finance/accounting.

I did work for Dell for (2) years in Sales. I would have to say overall we were treated very well. They have excellent sales incentives, and I ended up winning quite a few printers, speakers, and even an LCD when I was there for being (salesman of the week).

Their training facilities are amazing and my experience was great with how knowledgeable they were at business practices.

Downsides: like any company they push you to perform constantly..which isnt necessarily a bad thing, but your shoulder is always being looked over.

overall I would say it was an excellent experience and helped me to become a better salesperson... too bad I am in PC tech support now 😛
