Does anyone with an Opteron OC with a 380W PSU?

I have an Antec TP 2.0 380W and im getting 2.4 on stock...i cant get it stable at 2.7with 1.55V's..is it my PSU?

I have 2 X2's with the same, and one with a 450 in a sonata case. All 3 are running @2550, but they all have wimpy video cards.

Several Opteron 144's at 2700MHz, and a 146 at 2810MHz (146 will run 3GHz @ 1.55v vcore).
All using 200w to 220w mATX cases.
One of the systems also has ATi x800 PCIe.
All work 24/7 for HTPC usage, and zero problems or issues.
Power supply must also supply power to sat dish LNB's and DiSEqC motor (through DVB-S PCI card)!
