Does anyone watch HBO's "Entourage"?

So I'm worried this show won't make it. It doesn't seem like many people watch it, even though it's incredible. The first few episodes weren't that spectacular, but the last three have been good, and last night's episode was hysterical!

For those of you who don't know, the show's about an up-and-coming actor and the crew he hangs around with. His agent, Arie, has all kinds of good lines, but last night they were so good I could barely stand it. Plus, Gary Busey was on, and that also rocked.

Let me know if anyone watched it and tell me what you thought.

BTW, I know this thread exists, but it's old, so I'm starting a new one.

I watch it every week, but I didn't watch it yesterday so that I could dl it here at work and entertain myself for 30 minutes :)

I'm sure that the show's doing fine, there just aren't a lot of followers here.

You don't need to worry. They announced a second season of it some weeks ago.

Yes, I've watched every episode. I think it's one of the best shows I've ever seen, but you have to agree that it appeals mostly, if not only, to men. I think Piven is fantastic in this role, and last night was his best.

I think the best part about the show is the relationships between everyone. I think every guy can appreciate having friends like that. There's no jealousy, everyone looks out for one another, etc.

Thanks for relieving my worries. Last night they announced the "Last 2 Episodes," though granted I understood that it could mean "of the season," but they didn't put it that way, so I didn't know.

Good to know SOMEONE watched it.

EvilYoda, where are you d/l'ing it from?

Great show. :)

And the character of Ari is based off of a real agent named Ari Emanuel from Endeavor.

I really like it. At 1/2 hour it's just enough not to be boring. No one has done a show like this before. Good show.

Just finished yesterday's ep...one of the better ones thus far, in terms of substance. There isn't anything too amazing about the show, but I just love the quasi-reality-TV feeling of it all...and the T&A doesn't hurt ;) :D

FYI, if you have digital cable (and HBO) the episodes are in the On Demand section so you can watch them any time, free.

...and I've only watched #1 so far, but it was good.

yes I watch it... but only because Alba was on an earlier episode and I got hooked to the concept from there... watch them via downloads... I don't have a clue when it's scheduled to air.

I agree, a lot of women would be turned off without giving a chance. My gf and I had watched a few episodes (although missed the first ep) and she didn't seem to enjoy it that much (other than a sadistic glee in smacking me everytime there was a bit of T&A). We watched the Busey and Jimmy Kimmel episodes last night and now she's close to being hooked.

My gf aksed my why I was watching "Baywatch" when it was on (referring to the T&A). Sigh.

I like the show. I like the cameos they usually have. Makes it seem more "realistic".

Actually, the show is VERY realistic with a lot of the Hollywood-type stuff.

I'd place it halfway between arli$$ and curb your enthusiasm in quality... which places it well above sex and the crappy. I watch it when i have time... don't tivo it.

I think this show is really amazing. I'd say it's some of the best TV I've seen in ages. A+. I rarely follow television shows ... maybe three in the past 5 years. I can say I actually look forward to new episodes.

Yeah, I didn't realize who it was until they were inside smoking from the hookah. When I did, I started laughing hard. :D
