Thurs: The OC, Point Plesant, ER
Fri: Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica
Sat: nothing 😛

sunday: simpsons
monday: 24, mtv inferno
tuesday: amazing race
wednesday: smallville or lost
thursday: apprentice

in between those shows, i'll watch anything from discovery channel to travel channel to food network. i also watch alot of news. all in all, i think i watch alot more than the OP
 
King of the Hill, The Simpsons (x2), and Malcom in the Middle (x2) every weeknight, and on Sunday.

Speed Channel most all of the rest of the time.
