From a reccomendation from some users on this forum, I decided to use peoplehost.com for my companies web hosting/email needs. Since this past Saturday our email service has been down. They have disabled their web control panel interface. Trouble tickets are being ignored and actually just today, one of their support staffs just closed my ticket with no response at all. Their homepage looks like it's been redesigned but only half functional. They don't have a support phone number either.
Anyone else use them and experiencing any problems? They are usually good about responding to any issues within a day. This doesn't seem like them. I'm concerned because they are pretty cheap but supposedly reputable and I hope the company didn't just fold and are screwing the customers because now no in the office can access their emails and my boss is starting to get ticked. Ugh.
