Does anyone use Colloquy?

Very simple question... In the Preferences there is an option for "Your name in chat" and the first two options are "Connection Nickname" and "Preferred Nickname" but they seem to do the exact same thing. I can't find out where to enter a "Preferred Nickname"

I use many different IRC servers and would like to be able to enter a single "preferred" nick once.
