Does anyone use a Thermaltake Heatpipe on there video card?

I got a Thermaltake Heatpipe HSF for my Radeon 9700 Non Pro. What kind of overclock should I expect from this?

Edit: I also am wondering if I installed it correctly. The instructions say the heatsink that is supposed to go on the back side of the video card has adhesive tape. I just placed this heatsink on the back but there was no adhesive tape. There was a thin layer of plastic that was on the back of the heatsink but I did not peel anything off to reveal an adhesive. Was I supposed to?

Was just at their website... Over here... And the instructions talk about applying thermal grease and such.... no mention of a pad. Many heatsinks will have a protective plastic film and you're supposed to peel it off prior to installation.... if that's what we're talking about it's not good.

I have peeled off protective plastic many times from cpu heatsinks and they usually have a tab and it is easily removed. This had no tab and was really thin. I tried to peel it off but it looked like it was not supposed to come off so I just left it.

leave that pad on for the sake of god!! That's a thermal pad for the back part of the GPU.

Do dis Tt, they generally have decent products at high prices.
