Question Does anyone use a flirc with their Harmony on a Windows 10 PC?

I"ve seen mentions of them but I can't seem to find anyone who has one post how they got it set up or that they actually use it.

Anyone with first hand experience in this exact situation (not using it for raspberry pi, or with linux or as a salad topping but for this exact situation - your experience with it would be appreciated. (Not that the rest don't have valid experiences, it just wouldn't be of much use to me).

This was posted a while back - I ended up going with a flirc and a shield and it works great on the Harmony.
