Something like this? I'm considering getting one, would definitely strengthen my abs/back/etc and would be kinda cool to have it anyway.

No arm rests would probably make it a little uncomfortable, I would think. Looks interesting though.

Dont buy one from Ikea, you would probably have to assemble the ball with some kind of glue.

Nope. I prefer to slouch with my ass half way hangin off the front of my high-backed, pillowy, real-leather, big'ol office chair. You think I'm kidding, but that's actually how I end up most of the time, hehe.
