Does anyone remember a DOS text-based game called "The Talisman of Braminar"

Dont know why I thought of this after 15 or so years, but I remember me and my sister were addicted to it.

It was a game where you had to answer questions to get to higher levels and ultimately receive the Talisman of Braminar. The questions were usually like, "You are in the forest and come upon a sleeping bear. What do you do?" And then give you some options. (I think)

I googled, and all I found was this:

"A bright light fills the room & you are confronted by a diety. He says, "Good job. For doing a good deed, I give you: The Talisman of Braminar!

Press any key..."


That was how the game ended, when you got the Talisman...

Just wondering if anyone else remembers it or ever played it...

I think what they meant by readily available is that there are plenty of places to download it from, did you try the mobygames link to the original files?
