Watching Rand Paul (Randy) on the Sunday ABC news show THIS WEEK, Rand Paul (Randy) came off as a total buffoon. And more so, the wimp of all wimps.
Randy attacks Dick Cheney, all well and good, then back tracks when confronted to defend his own words.
And that hair?
Wig or dead rat? I can't tell...
Since when did Donald Trump's hair style become main stream in politics?
Or the circus?

Watching this ... ??? ... guy ... ??? ... on TV, and imagine he were actually our president?
Wow just wow.

At least GW was some what consistent. An ass yes, but a somewhat consistent predictable ass.

Strange part is Democrats attack Rand Paul even though he's more liberal on many important issues than they are. I don't see prominent Democrats filibustering against drone bombing American citizens or about indefinite detention without even being charged with a crime.

And Rand is also leading the charge against unconstitutional spying. Anyone remember when Democrats threw a fit over Bush wiretapping some people? Patriots? Anti-american? WTF - regardless of what political spectrum you fall under, we're all (mostly) Americans and want the best for ourselves and America. Having different views doesn't make someone a "patriot" or anti-american.

I like Paul's stance on many issues, however, I believe that large corporate entities need to be knocked down to size. I don't agree on going socialism and having the government control everything, but, I'm far from a "child labor and slavery" type of capitalist. I think we need stronger labor rights, but on the other side, there is way way way too much red tape and "BS" and politics which prevents anything from getting done. Need to cut that tape. Computers should be helping to speed things up, not causing more paperwork, not generating more reports and more records, but, reducing the overhead.

Wait, you realize that a much larger proportion of Democrats voted against the FISA Amendments act and the PATRIOT Act (both as initially passed and for the re-authorization), right?

So when you're talking about what party has a group that is socially liberal, against endless wars, and against terrorizing the citizens of this country, you've got it exactly backwards. Seriously, go look at the legislative record.
