Does anyone read Maximum PC?

..and think it sucks now? It seems they have added quite a bit more ads to the mag, and it also seems like every issue is just recycled content from a year ago.

I buy it every month, mostly out of habit now. They aren't really up to date, but meh. Something for the long nights on the toilet 😛

I subscribe. I like the magazine and the content is usually fairly good. People that complain about it are usualy just overly sensitive, grass is always greener on the other side types.

I read it when it was called "boot". Ever since they switched over to "Maximum PC" it's been really bad. I bought it for about a year after they switched, and that was it.
There's virtually no magazines being printed nowadays that print anything that the internet doesn't, two months earlier.

hasn't been the same since "Big Daddy" left. The new guy (john I think his name is) must think he's a male model or something. His picture is always in the darned thing (several times).

It used to be good... oh well

I use to read it until the whole PC scene became unbearably boring!

It somehow magically started appearer in my mailbox for no reason at all about two months ago. Really. I never paid them anything, or sent them any letter. It just arrives there. 😕
