Does anyone play Crysis Wars?

I bought Crysis Warhead today (some crazy sale at gamestop had it new for $15) after beating Crysis yesterday. Warhead single player is great (of course) but is Crysis Wars any good? And, is anyone actually playing it?

I'm getting the 1.5 patch now, and I found out Crysis Wars EX was released today (er yesterday now I guess) so i'm getting that too.

It's fun enough, I play it about once or twice per week, but there's only a handful of populated servers with my filters, and I only play on official maps. It be can be frustrating sometimes though, especially when you get constantly owned by VTOL players who seem to know exactly where you are even if they should normally don't know about your location. But generally speaking it's quite a fun game, I wish more people would play it.

Why only official maps? Seems close minded and foolish to me. User made maps are where it's at.

Yes it's great , enjoy a true dedicated PC game with a real good server browser... last of the Mohicans..

The game doesn't have a huge following, however there's definitely a dedicated community that plays it regularly. Full servers with good pings are always available, but you don't have a ton of them to choose from like other games (Team Fortress 2...etc.)

I'm a huge fan of Wars, I've put a lot of time into it and consider it a great game. Check it out!

Believe me, I've tried them, but it's a question of preferences in the end, imagine if we'd have to start pointing fingers at people each time they have personal tastes and calling them foolish and close minded, this whole human race would then be condemned to be foolish and close minded (not that it's necessarily untrue though, but for other reasons than preferences in video gaming for sure).
