Does anyone make this laptop?

I am looking for a lappy with a 15" SXGA display (NOT widescreen!!!), Pentium-M processor, 5400RPM HDD, Radeon 9000 graphics, 802.11g wireless, with good sound, all in a package that is less than 1.5" thick and weighs 5-6.5 lbs. Does anyone out there know of such a laptop?

I hadn't heard of the manufacturer either, but I just found another one, too - Acer

Edit: improved link.

why wouldnt you want widescreen? Just curious

Makes the laptop so wide. I dont know I just would prefer a regular aspect ratio screen. Does a 15.4" widescreen display have the same vertical height of a regular 15" screen?

lol

If you swap out the Hard drive, and add a mini pci wireless card to my laptop, that'll be what you're looking for sorta, it has a Radeon Mobility

PIII 1.13ghz Tualtin mobile processor.

Wow! That Acer is like...perfect! Expensive though...

Oh well I guess you can't have everything without paying for it right? Any Hot Deals on this?

Well all i can tell you is if youre going to be coding or writing something where you have to refer to other things, widescreen owns. DVD's look very good on widescreen as well. But whatever, maybe such a high resolution is harder to adjust to for you. Good Luck.

I don't browse the hot deals forums enough to tell you that, sorry.

Do widescreen displays have the same vertical height of a regular 15" screen? If thats the case I think I could deal with the extra bulk on the laptop. I just dont want to lose real estate so that I dont have letterboxes on my DVD's
