Seeker - some of those are burst value (cache to cache) numers few if any 7200 RPM drives run a continuous transfer rate of over 70. When Maxtor first started labeling their drives ATA133 there was no official standard higher than ATA100 and no Maxtor could do 133 even burst rate. Very recently an official ATA133 standard has been accepted.
