Does anyone make cordless headphones?

Let's say my roomate has gone to bed, so i need to wear headphones to listen to music or an audio book. I want cordless ones, that I can plug the transmitter into my soundcard, and wear the headphone around the house. Does such a thing exist?

Of course. Sony, Panasonic. It's fairly common.

Welcome to your dream world. 🙂 But they do exist. I want a pair too. Often I've heard issues about competiting frequencies EG from your phone or WiFI equipment.

Well hell, those in the know, please tell us who makes the good ones.

98.5% of them are crap. They don't produce good sound. Plus they can interfere with TV/Phone/anything and get all staticy. For some of them you have to be in the line of sight for it to work properly. If you are at all picky about how your audio sounds, then I would stay away from wireless right now unless you are willing to drop a couple of hundred minumum. YMMV of course.

I have a pair of RCA and Sony wireless headphones. I would recommend going with the Sony for a little bit more $$$.
