I have an adjustable carrel for my keyboard, but I'm looking for a separate carrell for a mouse. The trouble with the combined keyboard/mouse carrels I've seen is that you can't adjust the location of the mouse independent of the keyboard. With my keyboard carrel adjusted to it's optimum position, the location of the mouse (if it were sitting on a tray just to the right of the keyboard) would be too far to the right and too far forward (think about where your hands naturally rest when they're typing).
So I'm wondering if someone makes a separate, small carrel just for mice. The way I work now, I use a trackball perched on the right arm of my chair (good thing my trackball bounces well; it's fallen off quite a few times). The position of the trackball is perfect, as my arm rests comfortably on the rest of the chair's arm when I operate it.
But I'd like to get a wireless mouse, and the chair arm doesn't offer enough space to move the mouse (unless I build some sort of platform to sit on the chair arm).
Suggestions?
