Does anyone know why I can't leave feedback on this half.com seller?

This guy really pissed me off - I paid for expedited shipping on 1/10 and it was confirmed a couple of days later, to ship by 1/14. It didn't ship until a week later and I am going to leave him a negative as there was no communication or anything to indicate why it was held up. All my other orders that shipped via media mail arrived before this one did, and it was the on eI needed the most.

However if you look in the pic, I can't leave him feeback. The option doesn't exist. What gives?

dunno...looks like they are still registered...looks like lots of people have similar issues though during the last month or so. Probably a personal/business issue on their end... before that feedback looks okay.
