Okay I HATE these people, I have never been this mad in my life! Basically to make a long story short...

I have bad RAM and I need to RMA it. I have Kingmax PC2700, which has lifetime warranty... The problem is I can only get RMA from ComponentAuthority as this is where I bought it from. Thing is NONE of there numbers is REAL!!! Here is the link to their contact site info: http://componentauthority.com/info.html

Now I called around (411, 800-555-1212, etc) and I was told this number they give (626 934-0088) is actually in Homedayal (spelling maybe off) CA and NOT in City of Industry and that it's a company that goes by ZZYX. When I call this number however I reach some Pool company.. WTF?! Also their toll free number (1-877-785-3288) does not work. These people have false numbers to contact them by, are not listed or anything, nor do they answer emails.

Now I called Kingmax and they said they can not accept RMA's since they give lifetime warranty to direct buyers which is componentauthority (which is a company owned by Encore Innovation, which is also NOT listed). I asked for their number from Kingmax and the RMA guy gave me a number which is invalid as it has 2 numbers for an area code! I asked him, is that correct, you sure? He said yes (number he gave me is 66-693-0088). WTF is up with this s***?!?!

Please if anyone can help me here, it would be GREATLY Appreciated!

So for some of the langauge, but damn these people piss me off!

Something else, I called Kingmax again. And they were shocked to hear I haven't contacted them yet... (BS)...

They say, okay we will call them and they should give you a call back within 10 minutes... Well now about 6 hours later, still no phone call. Getting quite mad now... :(
