I ordered several of the ASUS SPDIF Out Module W/Cable 4P Optical & Coaxial for $6 each, and had them in a few days. He combines shipping.

I then use them with ALL motherboard brands. Sometimes you have to move a pin, but with most motherboards, it is a standard pin for pin replacement.
