Does anyone know where i can download CDR testing software?

I have these prime perriferal cdrs.. (the O max ones) they are supposed to be 16x but i can only burn at 8x

so im looking for software that checks for the actuall speed.

what about nero? i have it allready..

what i need is a program to test my Media. 🙂 like to test the quality. I dont rember where i saw it.
 
wow the progie is kewl.. i had to upgrade my ASPI version to use it . but the software is good,
