Doom 3 is comming, so it is time to O/C my system to the max.
The StormCool III watercooling kit has everything necessary to convert from air to water cooling, nice price ($100.00), and it got a very positive review by overclockers.com
StormCool III

But where I can get it?
😕

don't bother with it altough its better than most cheapy water setups its .27 C/W is still less cooling than you would get from a SLK-947 or SP-97 and a decent fan. if you want to go water and really get some good performance get something like a DangerDen TDX, L30 pump, chevette heatercore and tline for res. this should net very good performance for only about 120-140 total

also if your interested in going this route I have an extra block I could sell you cheap, its a Demonic Cooling XTC its performace is about equal to the white water.

I see what you are getting at, however I still like this kit, just because of the noise issue AND price...

All the reviews I have read about kits and external kits have been mediocre. You can overclock but like it was said above, using a nice thermalright hsf would get same results. A kit is nice because it's prepared and easy but in terms of performance, I've only seen mad style performance from custom or more high end kits like Danger Den or Dtek. If you look at these kits, they are just a hodge podge of the top end parts. Kits like evercool and stormcool use somewhat lame parts. I'm not trying to crap on your thread, I just want to make sure you get all the info before you do buy stuff. You could get a very effective water cooling kit for around $250 too.
