does anyone know when the NVIDIA GeForce MX PCI is going to come out ?

I guess this is the best PCI video card I could buy.

I was going to buy a voodoo 4 4500 but I rather wait a little bit for the GeForce MX. anyone knows when it is going to come out ? Months ?
 
I have no idea, other than it will be after the AGP ones come out. Probably a lot later, if at all. The next question is when are the AGP versions going to be available and what will the real world price be? OF course the way Nvidia has been hammering 3Dfx lately, the PCI Geforce 2MX will probably be released before the Voodoo 4 and 5 PCI cards and maybe even before the V4 AGP card. I wish 3Dfx could get in gear. I have been using their cards for over a year and a half and I am quite pleased, but it sounds like the Geforces have it all over the old Voodoo 3's.

Good reasoning there Novice, actually the V5 Mac PCI is going to be out any day now, so its a safe bet that the V5 5500 PCI will be out soon after that.
 
it really depends if the card makers decide that there is real market for one, and it's worth the risk.
