Does anyone know when the Intel 3.2GHz will be released?

No, it hasn't been released yet. But since Intel has never given a date of release (that I am aware of), it's not really accurate to call it "long over due."
 
OK we are about to end out june a full month after when many of the enews places had stated its release...Where is it????

I mean I am ghappy we don't see AMD paper launches so that when it is reviewed I can get them, but this does seem like a bit of a delay....

Is it because AMD's 3200+ offering wasn't good enough to take title back that Intel is not in a hurry to release more of the c version chips???
