Does anyone know when the '04 M3 is coming out?

04 models will mostly debut during summer/fall 2003.

Edit: I wouldn't expect many changes with the 2004 M3. Most likely a few minor changes, a few possibly cosmetic.

The big news for BMW this summer/fall will be the E60 5-series and the new 6-series.

i am thinking in terms of value...
it would be dumb to get one in july and have it be a 1 year old model in 2 months

if there is an '03 M3 it will be the same as the '04

after the new body comes out...its usually 2 years before the next gen. M comes out

Nope, not really. I've seen a spy pic of the next-gen 3-series, but it's too early to make any conclusions. Since the next-gen M5 is going to get a 500hp V-10, the rumor has been floating that the next-gen M3 will get the current M5's 400hp V8. That's all I know.
