I hurt it playing tackle football 2 weeks ago without any pads ( yes stupid I know
) I think it was hurt from me tackling someone or being tackled, not sure as the pain was subtle until about 20 minutes after I stopped playing. It is not the ankle, it is a real bad soreness on the bottom of the foot that hurts to jump and run after I run a few laps around the track. I have tried icing it and it really does not help that much at all.. I asked my friends earlier this morning at football practice if I should see a doctor, and they all were like no it's alright.. I really want to get this foot 100% because it is very painful doing football drills.
