Does anyone know what XP Visual Style this is?

I'm trying to find out the name of this visual style, I've been told it was from Neowin, and I've been searching there but to no avail, so if anyone recognizes this theme, please let me know!

It looks like a theme from Stardock. I use stardock and <3 it...check out stardock's homepage and plunk around...you may find it.

Some of those widgets look like Konfabulator.

Konfabulator and a dock program. But the OP is really trying to find out which VS is. I'm a frequent visitor to Neowin & keep up w/ the VS releases but can't remember seeing that one (which means it was released a while ago - long before the 21-day period my maximum brain memory capacity allows).
Better hop over to devianart.com for the VS.

Yeah, I know the dock and konfabulator (yahoo! widgets), as Doh! said, it is the VS i'm looking for.
