I was enrolled in helping a friend's friend at setting up her Ipod.(sorry, no pics). Itunes is just freakin ridiculous.

You should learn how to use a computer. Despite my hate for Windows, Apple, etc, I was still able to figure out and use iTunes effectively without any problems. It was actually really fucking easy.

It was not as easy as :

1: Select your file
2: Push 'upload file" button


Instead it kept uploading my songs automatically. She wanted the songs she just baught. I had to make a freakin playlist of songs.. then upload the playlist. But it still insisted on uploading my songs. Got that figured out.. but then it wouldn't remove my songs from her ipod without removing her own songs. You have to flip between 3 different screens of activities and strategically set everything up. Fuck, let me select my songs and push upload.
