Do they even make those anymore?
If so, who does and whats the fastest processor that will go on them?

No one makes 486 boards anymore. From the model number, it looks like it supports a 486-66mhz, but you can always go higher if you had an overdrive processor (if you can find one).

complete 486 systems aren't worth more than $20, anyway, so I wouldn't bother.

No, you can get AT-format boards that take Pentium I/II/III or Celeron processors. They're getting to be rather rare now, although you can probably still find some new ones if you search for them. Most of them will be low-quality boards from PC Chips or other similar "cheap" manufacturers, so finding a good board could be difficult. Axiontech does seem to still have at least 1 decent AT board, the Gigabyte GA-6VA7+. That board should support a Pentium III.
