The song was from some commercial where a mom bought her son some toys, the song had a ukulele and a person singing "ooooooh ooooooooh" I know its a long shot...thanks for any help

That's what I was thinking. Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's Somewhere Over the Rainbow/Wonderful World. It's been in a lot of movies and stuff too IIRC.
