Does anyone know PCPnC's return policy?

My brothers computer started having problems after he put a 9800 pro in(DELL) so I went through a couple tests and felt that it was a power issue. He ordered a power supply replacement from PCPnC and its now on its way. I was just curious, if it doesn't fix his problems, is it returnable?
 
PCP&C has very good support just call them and I'm sure they sort things out if the PSU dosn't resolve your issue.
 
There support is top notch!!
Its a hard call when it comes to a refund.
My gut says if you don`t open the box it comes in, I don`t see why not.
Then again just to order a PSU hoping it will fix the problem and then if there is no problem returning it...

My feeling is we will just have to wait and see what transpires.
